About the course
In English for Nusantara Kids Grade IV, you will explore English through real-life themes that are close to your daily life, such as morning routines, meals, toys, school activities, sports, feelings, and special days. In My Morning Routine and Meal Time, you learn how to describe actions using simple present tense, daily verbs, food vocabulary, and expressions of preference. In My Toys and My School Activities, you practice naming objects, describing places, and talking about hobbies and activities using clear sentence patterns.
In the next chapters, My PE Class and My School Days, you explore movement verbs, classroom instructions, days of the week, and birthdays while strengthening listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills through structured activities such as I Spy, Song Time, Story Time, Game Time, and My Turn. Each unit builds vocabulary systematically, introduces sentence patterns step by step, and helps you understand how English words are grouped into nouns, verbs, and adjectives. By the end of the course, you will not only know more English words, but also understand how to use them correctly in meaningful communication.
